We may use third-party services to facilitate payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons, including product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraud or illegal activity.
Data accuracy
The business data presented on Webleadr, including but not limited to business names, addresses, phone numbers, and website information, is sourced from trusted third-party APIs. While the owners of these businesses may not always update their profiles, the vast majority of the information is accurate and reliable. In rare instances, a business may not appear to have a website on our platform because it hasn't been included in their third-party profile. However, you can generally trust that the data provided reflects reality, allowing you to make informed decisions. We strive to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data sourced from these APIs, enabling you to utilize our platform with confidence.
Fee changes
Webleadr may change fees at any time. The latest fee changes will be mentioned on the website. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
Refunds
In-app credits purchased on Webleadr are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, once any portion of the credits has been spent, refunds are no longer possible. Additionally, refunds may be issued in the event of server faults that affect the usability of the service.
Prohibited uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
- Attack the Service with denial-of-service attacks.
- Damage or falsify Company ratings.
- Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Service or its servers.
- Introduce malicious software or harmful material.

Accounts
When creating an account, you confirm that your provided information (e.g. email address) is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Webleadr and its licensors.

Our Service may include links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Webleadr.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Service immediately and without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you want to terminate your account by will, you can simply delete your account and stop using the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive those rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
Changes to service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if any part of the Service is unavailable at any time. Periodically, we may restrict access to certain parts of the Service or the entire Service, including to registered users during service updates or changes.
